Post Training Support
Designed for: Users and Administrators of RecFind. It aims to reinforce skills acquired in RecFind training courses.
Why PTS?
Experience shows that Users and Administrators often only use certain features of the RecFind System and the functionality of the other areas may be forgotten. By working on-site with a small groups, a Trainer can offer more detailed attention to those areas requiring review.
Post Training Support will:
- Ensure the skills acquired on the training course are being applied correctly.
- Assist users in resolving questions that have arisen in the workplace after applying newly acquired RecFind skills.
- Allow the trainer to spend more time with each individual and their specific needs.
Prerequisites:
- A minimum of two hours must be purchased before the service can be provided.
- It is mandatory to have attended the appropriate RecFind course with a certified RecFind trainer within the previous two years.
- The check list supplied by GMB must be completed by the customer prior to commencing this service.
Please note: Support cannot be given to users of the
system that have not been trained by a Certified RecFind Trainer.
