What is GMB Professional Services?
GMB Professional services is a separate department within GMB which offers our customers training and consultancies conducted by GMB certified trainer/consultants. Our trainer/consultants undergo rigorous training and certification before they are allowed to conduct any of the courses, ensuring they have an in depth understanding of our products.
What does Professional Services offer?
GMB currently have three standard courses that are scheduled on a regular basis in most states and overseas. These courses are the Active, Administrator,
Inactive and our new Electronic
Document Management (EDM) course. We also have specialty courses that are held on demand. As we know that not everyone does things the same way, we also offer customized training which is designed specifically for your needs. To ensure we know what your needs are GMB Professional Services offer differing consultancies depending on the stage you are at with your implementation.
Combine training with Consultancy
For the perfect solution to your problems, why not combine your training with some
consultancy. Allow GMB to analyze your current procedures, recommend and implement required changes and then train you staff in those changes. The result is a coherent and detailed update of the organizations procedures and staff's knowledge.
Post Training
After you have completed our training and consultancies, we often find that some things are usually forgotten. Don't despair, we won't make you go through a full course again. We can have one of our trainers come to you and revisit those sections of the course you have forgotten. Up to three people may attend this mini re-training.
