RecQuery TC V4.0.0D Service Pack 6
Service Packs add improvements and provide fixes to problems discovered by GMB and our customers. Note that the symptoms (problems) described below may not be experienced by your site. Many of these symptoms are due to a unique set of circumstances that your site may not experience. Not all of the 'fixes' are because of faults in the code; many are 'work-arounds' for problems found in network, operating system or database products used by RecQuery-TC but not supplied by GMB.
RecQuery TC Service Pack 6 for Release 4.0.0D provides a number of
corrections and improvements to RecQuery TC v4.0.0. GMB Support
recommend that all customers download and install this service pack.
This service pack may be applied to any release of RecQuery TC v4.0.0
(ie. 4.0.0A, B, C or D). After installing this service pack, your
RecQuery TC version will be 4.0.0D.
Installation
When installing the RecQuery TC service pack, the IIS services must be
stopped. The service pack will not allow installation without stopping these services. After installation, all services that were stopped must be restarted.
The service pack must be installed using the Web server (ie. not from a workstation) and you must be logged on as the server administrator.
