Your Beta Application form will be
reviewed and matched against our beta program criteria. Should your
information meet our beta criteria, you will qualify as a beta site and
will be given the opportunity to participate in the beta program. GMB
reserves the exclusive right to determine which
organizations become beta testers.

1. This software is intended for evaluation purposes
only.
2. Before you install the beta software ensure that
your system meets the minimum system requirements to run the beta software.
3. If any previous versions of RecFind or any other
applications are installed on your computer be sure to back up your
entire computer and all its contents prior to installing the beta.
4. The software can only be installed on one
server.
5. Beta software is not production ready and should not be relied
upon to be bug free. The objective of beta testing is to find the
'environment-specific' bugs that do not show up in laboratory testing.
While GMB makes every effort to ensure that its beta software is bug
free and tests it thoroughly in the laboratory prior to sending it to
beta test participants, the software is not yet certified production
ready. We strongly recommend, as with all beta software, that you do not
use it with production data.
