Implementation Consultancy
This phase of the GMB consultancy services would generally follow Pre-Implementation. It ensures that the issues and recommendations of the Pre-Implementation report be implemented correctly within the organization. Your consultant will advise and guide your staff on how they implement their specific strategy in accordance with their needs.
Involving GMB from the commencement of the project ensures a clear and consistent understanding of the issues and how and when to address them. This will result in changes being correctly implemented.
As part of the Implementation Consultancy, you will receive a detailed report that shows exactly how your RecFind system has been configured. This includes samples of the codes used, file and document numbering conventions, thesaurus configuration and many other specific elements that are defined during the consultancy.
For other areas that involve procedural, physical or technical attention, a GMB consultant will advise your staff of what is required to implement the necessary changes. GMB consultants will also assist in the presentation of these new changes to both management and users of the new system if required.
