RecFind system.
GMB is able to convert your current Thesaurus or File Titling system if required. Files, documents and boxes may also be part of a data conversion specification. GMB has many years of experience in data conversion and has successfully converted government and corporate systems worldwide.
GMB can convert existing formulated disposal schedules into RecFind, to maintain your specific archiving requirements.
The amalgamation of your existing database will entail a number of steps to achieve a successful outcome. Data can be extracted from most operating systems and can be converted into the appropriate RecFind system. After interrogating a sample of test data, GMB will be in a position to recommend the best approach to follow. A comprehensive report containing field mapping will be provided prior to the data conversion.
Import/Export Utility Training
GMB can also offer in depth training of its Import/Export Utility. This training can be held in a “one-on-one” or small group situation. This training is designed for any RecFind customers considering converting their data “in house”. All participants will receive a manual detailing the use of the Import/Export Utility.
